One of the most useful aspects of websites is the
ease with which they can be updated. Your website will need
have changes made to it. In fact it should do, as regularly
changing site content encourages
your visitors to return to your site for another look.
At Encapsulate Online Designs we will make minor* revisions to your
web pages for free** within six months of your site being
completed. Major alterations and other changes made after
the first six months will be charged for at a discounted
rate.
If your web application or intranet isn't acting as expected we
can tweak it for free within three months of it being handed
over. If you require further changes in its functionality
this will be charged for at discount
rate. Alternatively you can take out a support contract
with us so will maintain your web application for a fixed
monthly fee.
* Minor revisions qualify as changes in page
content and/or images.
Changes that affect more than one page, such as alterations
to the navigation system or title banner qualify as major
changes and will
be charged for.
** One minor revision can be made per month for the
first 6 months after your site is completed. Additional
changes will be charged for.
